The task was to schedule the requirements for a refurbishment programme for the neglected Grade 1 listed Royal William Yard, Royal Navy victualing building complex and brought into 21st century use for an artist studio. Much of the fabric of the building was local grey limestone and flag stone floors.
Two schedules were created, one for new doors and one for historic doors which had to be repaired. This included providing door closers to these old doors to upgrade to self-closing fire doors.
